Victoria Fontana, MSc, MA, PCC

Victoria Fontana is an executive coach, mindfulness expert, and educator with over 25 years of experience. Her work supports leaders, academics, organizations, and individuals who are navigating pressure, complexity, or personal transformation—helping them access clarity, resilience, and inner wisdom.

A Harvard Business School Executive Coach, she draws on training in positive psychology coaching, contemplative psychotherapy, and mindfulness-based programs such as MBCT, MBSR, and CBRT. Victoria has coached professionals at leading organizations including Salesforce, Google, Amazon, Snap, Warner Bros., Roche, Accenture, and universities such as Yale, MIT, and UC San Diego. She is certified to administer the Korn Ferry 360.
