Compassion-Based Resilience Training

An 8-Week Live Online Journey

CBRT is an 8-week evidence-based program for both experienced and new, who are seeking a comprehensive training method for building resilience, living mindfully and compassionately, cultivating well-being, and transforming stress. This course supports a life of resilience and thriving. The CBRT was designed by Nalanda Institute founder and director, Joe Loizzo, MD, PhD.

With over a decade of experience leading transformative group programs, Victoria was trained internationally in mindfulness and compassion practices—including MBSR, MBCT, and CBRT. Victoria holds a Master’s degree in Mindfulness-Based Approaches from Bangor University in Wales and Certificate in Contemplative Psychotherapy from the Nalanda Institute for Contemplative Science.

She teaches for institutions like the Mindfulness and Health Institute and collaborates with the Nalanda Institute, while also offering her own online and in-person programs. She co-founded the Spanish-language International Mindfulness Day and is a member of BAMBA and the International Mindfulness Teachers Association.

Victoria offers programs (online and in-person) designed to help participants reconnect with themselves, build emotional resilience, and create a life with more intention and ease.
